..Heart to Heart..The heat made the phone stick to the side of my face and my hand from the lotion sunscreen I'd applied only minutes earlier. I paced around my wooden deck barefoot instead of laying down on the towel I'd put down to get tan. I always walked around when I was on the phone, because it helped me concentrate on what the person was saying more, for some reason.
"You need to tell your friends to just lay off and stop calling you at three AM to be their therapist," he said sternly. "I know you love them, but you need to get more sleep. I can HEAR how tired you are."

Concentrate hard on something,
Not just a spot on the wall, but something you do;
